This Mediterranean Mission home on the St. Johns River was designed to reflect the client’s love of their native California, with rustic, authentic materials and details expressed architecturally and throughout the interiors. Incorporating contemporary, clean lines, and a fresh color palette was of aesthetic importance. Expressing our client's individuality and family traditions truly made a house into a home.

Our overall design intention was to maximize the stunning river views, while making comfort and ease of care in finishes, furniture, and fabrics a priority for the family to enjoy the home for many years.
