Barbara Bowden is a Administrative Assistant with Catlin Design. She has a B.S. degree from Peabody College at Vanderbilt University and has taught business courses in addition to being a community volunteer.

After 26 years and 15 moves as an Army wife, she calls Jacksonville home. She is married and has two adult daughters.
