The Lynch Management Offices designed by Catlin Interiors was awarded a Project Fist Place Award for the Outstanding Achievement of Rehabilitative Reuse by the

Florida Trust for Historic Preservation. The project was noted for being an outstanding example of adapting historic spaces for current office needs. The project was noteworthy for the Mission Style home’s beautiful beveled glass, rich woods and other architectural details that were not only maintained but highlighted during the project design.
